Oh all you need to do is eat before the party. If you're not hungry, you won't want to eat. If you think you might still get hungry, pack a little ziplock baggie full of baby carrots, grapes, nuts, or whatever you think you might want to munch on.
If they make a deal about it, just be honest and tell them you are eating healthier nowadays and there is really not much more you need to tell them. They will get over it.

If it is a sit down dinner, bring a large salad to share and make sure you fill your plate before you pass it around. Otherwise bring a veggies and dip platter. Take the smallest piece of cake you can get your hands on and scrape off the frosting. Eat two bites. Claim lactose intolorance if the ice cream is pressed on you.

One piece of cake is not going to wreck your diet! Drink a big glass of fat free milk before you go, the protein will help you feel full so you won't be so tempted for all the fatty foods. When cake time comes, have a small piece and enjoy it! To burn the extra calories, try walking or riding your bike home from the party. Or play basketball in the driveway. Or, take along a soccer ball and challenge the other teen there to a half-pitch game.

one day of eating crappy food will not ruin or tarnish your many many days of hard work of eating only heathly and organic foods....and who says you have to eat your fill? Eat before you arrive and only pick the fried fatty foods the rest of the day ...

Another thing, if people have a problem with your diet and feel the need to verbally express it then remember its their problem not yours.

Just politely decline. They actually won't be offended by it. I'd eat before you left, just in case. If they do have some healthy food, though, I'd eat it. Your diet doesn't have to be perfect.

Arrive late, or just explain when offered food that you are on a strict diet and you cannot eat that. If they do not understand that, that is their problem.

Arrive after they eat. Tell them you had something to do.
