there is this girl that i like alot but she found out I liked her and she dosnt talk to me anymore I think she hates me how could I get her to like me

She could be shy, some girls react differently when they believe a guy is into them. Next time you see her simply approach her and ask her why is she avoiding you, look at her body language and you'll be able to tell if she likes you or if she's really not interested.

Well, every girl is different. So it's difficult to say.
1.) It could be that she doesn't like you. But if she was talking to you before, I'm not sure how her knowing you like her would be a problem, or possibly a surprise (depending on how much you talked to her).
2.) If she didn't hear it from you, she could be upset.
Or (3.) She could like you back, so it would be complicated to tell you how she feels or something.
Best way to know: ASK HER.
She's the only one with the real answer.

well you could start by asking her why she stopped talking to you, that seems pretty imature of her. She probably stopped talking to you because she doesn't like you back and didn't want things to be weird not because she hates you.
do sweet things for her, take her to a movie she wants to see, hold doors open for her, write her cute/silly/funny notes.
