Fresh fruits and vegatables don't have preservatives.

I'm not sure that the answer above is correct; it's my understanding that in order for it to be organic, it has to be grown without pesticides, but also, no preservatives added; I believe it's just a shorter shelf life, so it doesn't last as long and is removed more quickly from the shelves, thus making it very expensive.

It isn't preservatives that organic produce is free from. It's pesticides. Like bug spray.

the staff rotate and water all their produce
that junk stays just like the other vegetables
