Im about 140lbs 5'5". I have been counting my calories and eating very healthy I wont go over 1500 calories a day. My exercise is about 30-40 minutes cardio and thats it. Will just that help me lose weight or is it a waste of time? Should I incorporate weights? I wanna lose about 10 lbs. HELP!

Do a little bit more cardio because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat so go for 45min 4-6 times a week.
do some light weight training - high reps, 2-3 sets.
cardio burns fat and muscle - both- so you have to do weight training to tone up instead of losing muscle because more muscle means faster metabolism.

I think you're fine with your routine. Throw in some weights because, well, I love weight lifting... but it's great for inbwtween cardio workouts!

Be patient about the weight loss thing too.
