did your mum or dad ever cut your hair before?

did you ever have your haircut by your mum or dad maybe at home? or was mum or dad a barber or stylist perhaps. Did they do a good job or cut it shorter than you wanted?

My father did not PERSONALLY cut my hair. One summer I was about 4 years old I needed my hair cut. I was wearing shorts and a shirt. He took me to a barber shop and asked to have my hair cut. He then ran an errand next door. He neglected to tell them I was a little GIRL. When he came back I looked like a miniature US Marine recruit.

Yes. Even now i m 13 my mum brings to the hairdresser to cut my hair. When i 3-12 years old, i always had my hair cut into a boyish slope cut. Without fail, i mum would bring to the baber n get it cut real short. Sometimes kids would think that i m a boy. I mum feels that my hair was a little too long whenever we pass by the barber. So therefore she would drag into the barber to get it cut very very short. My bangs were xtremly short. Too short and my side burns cut really short. In barber shops, they dont really have scissors so therefore they use shavers and razors.!

No my mum or dad never cut my hair. But i remember a friend of mine who's mother cut his. Literally with a bowl. But i had another who's mum was a stylist. So he was pretty lucky.

yes!!! OMG!! it was the WORST haircut of my life!!
so when i was in elementary school my dad decided to cut my hair..and he ended up cutting it super short!! I looked like a little boy (i'm a girl) for months!! I wore a hood to school everyday until it grew out!!
till this day i never let him come close to my hair with a pair of
scissors!!! =)

Oh yes - my mum not only used to cut my hair she used to perm it as well!! I hated it and spent quite a lot of my childhood wearing a hat whenever possible. She only stopped when I took the scissors to it myself and cut a huge chunk off right down to my scalp. Happy days!!!

years ago when i was about 5 years old I had long hair and my mom or dad would trim my hair so its not past my eyes and I hated it.

I also knew people who cut hair who had no expericnce to cut hair at all but did a very good job, but I never let them do to mine.

now my sister is a hair stylist and cuts it for me. But when she is busy I just take her electirc razor and cut it myself since its just a short head shave.

LOLS Yeah! My mom always cut my hair when i was little but now i go to a salon to get it cut. Well my moms an ok hair cutter but yeah not exactly the best.. i had my hair cut so short that in a picture my friends though i was a boy!

I cut my sisters hair once and when my mom was brushing it she though my sister was losing hair.. bad times!

Yes, some times it was good, but one time she put a little cut in my ear.

I suspect that my mum cuts me while I sleep, otherwise it will grow extremely long over-night. I remember having hair to my hips, when I was only about five years old.
