I don't care at all. You'll always be my kitty friend. I think you're just fine. :)

((hugs))

Thanks for your answer to my question, btw.

Mortica I strongly believe in God without a shadow of doubt. I know that God created the heaven and the earth as the bible declares in Genesis 1:1, Hebrews 11:3, Psalm 24:1-3 and many other texts that declare God as the creator of life and all things. He created man in his image as the bible declares. Evolution is built on false theories. It cannot be trusted at all. The scientists themselves disagree with each other from the age of the earth to the age of the universe. They really don't know how anything got started down here. They move from one hypothesis to another and can't ever seem to agree on much of anything worthwhile. My faith is in the living God totally, absolutely and completely.

The Bible says that the fool has said in his heart there is no God. My prayer is that some on this site will wake up to the reality of God's holy word and confess the errors in their judgement about God while salvation is still available to them. God's grace is sufficient.

people that don't care are numb from giving up hope. People that are angry are wanting revenge to make others feel the pain they have felt. This isn't very logical. If you ask if others MIND what you think about God means you care a lot about what others think of you and are probably blown by the wind of what's around you very easily. I would suggest finding your unique self and investing in YOU. Plant roots and grow your branches above you to the sky. Your awesome.

> Do you mind?
Not you personally, no.

It's the evangelists who come up and ring my doorbell that bother me, despite the "no solicitors" sign.

It's the goofball politicians who bother me -- the ones who say they don't believe in evolution. They must have been asleep in class. D'you want someone who sleeps in class running the country?

It's the crazy school boards who bother me, trying to get more time for "intelligent design" than it should be given. Oy. I think classrooms should spend more time on algebra II and trigonometry. I remember we went through trig so fast my head was spinning. Don't ask me to recite the law of cosines, or figure the period and amplitude of a wave.

Puzzled, but not angry. You seem like a nice person. To each their own. Most atheists only get upset with the proselytizing, holier-than-thou believers. Humble = good. My-way-or-the-highway = bad.

Here's someone who should be angry...

They came with a Bible and their religion, stole our land, crushed our spirit, and now tell us we should be thankful to the Lord for being saved.

If you believe in God I think that calling yourself an atheist is kind of an oxy-moron (like military intelligence & American democracy). You are not offending me at all, I think that you would probably be "labeled" as a deist. If you want to be labled. I am glad that you believe in something! If you want to e-mail me feel free, I won't shove my faith down your throat, I hate it when people do that to me.

I'm an agnostic but I don't mind in the least. I only mind when someone tries to corner me into believing something in which I don't believe. Everyone has the right to believe as they will.

Why would I be angry if you believe in God? Well I believe in God and to be honest I don't care who else believes in him. Unless you have negative opinions over it!

i'll add my voice to the chorus of atheists who don't care what you believe, and ask you to notice that one of the very few believers who answered you said, 'let them be mad.' So here's a question for believers: "how many of you believe that atheists are angry with you --- and why would you believe that???"

Angry? Of course not. I respect your right to believe whatever it is you want to believe. All I ask is that you show me the same respect.

Well, so long as you don't do anything immoral, you can believe whatever you want because it's your mind and you have every right to mess with it. However, I would really suggest that for everyone's good it would be a better idea to start thinking more logically. Faith is just bias, and bias isn't going to get us anywhere.
