I'm looking for a recipe that someone gave me, and I can't find it! DOH!
It's a type of layered strawberry pound cake using cool whip, and I think other ingredients needing to be in the fridge. It just seems to almost melt in your mouth, it's so light and creamy. And it tasted so delicious, that it seemed (almost) sinful.
I've found several online, but I want the one recipe I lost, lol.
This is one of the closer ones: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1941,151162-249193,00.html, but I thought it required a lot of preperation time and a lot of time in the fridge because of the ingredients. Here's another that seemed like it would require the fridge and a little more preparation: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,186,152172-245192,00.html
Do you have any idea what the recipe was?

I make one that sounds similiar to that.

I put pieces of pound cake in a bowl or pan. Just tear it in pieces...

next, mix a carton of cool whip with a package of instant pudding mix, I use vanilla,,,

Now, put your cut up, strawberries next as the second layer and cover with the pudding and cool whip mix....now do all that again. A layer of cake, a layer of strawberries and then a layer of pudding and cool whip mix...now add a few to the top and refrigerate a few hours...better overnight...

You can substitute a can of pineapple, drained, instead of strawberries if you like. It's all good.
