Go to the doctor and make up some bogus thing like depression. He/she will write you a prescription and there you go, you will have the doctor's handwriting and an example of how it's done. I wouldn't recommend you forge a prescription....I think the penalty is pretty steep, involving several charges. That's up to you though, good luck.

Prescriptions are legal documents and doing so would constitute forgery and is a criminal offense.

It's not worth the risk - if you need something, call your doc.
