What is the International Association of Grace Ministries?- Also called IAGM?

I know that it is an orginzation of Christian Churches. That Is all I know. I'd like to know much more. I did try the web site http://www.iagm.org. All I got was a "Forbidden 404 error" warning. Can anyone answer this for me? Thanks.
