I`m not eating any snacks, and watching what I eat, and I have healthy stuff... and I`m doing all the stuff about the food.
I walk briskly or run on the treadmill each day.
I may run for 5 min, the walk briskly the rest of the time, or i may walk the whole time-
Will this help me lose weight?
Pleeze help :)

Absolutely... as long as you can stick with it! Sure, NOW you have healthy stuff and you're cutting out snacks, but how long will that last? If you can make a conscience effort to make it last for good, you'll get the results you want and keep them! Don't get discouraged if you don't see a dramatic change in your weight... that will take time. Good luck and stay STRONG!

If you watch your Fat Grams, and not the calories, and stay under 28 fat grams a day, and exercise like you are, the weight will melt off of you!! I guarantee it, because I did it. If I can do it anyone can......Richard Simmons had an infomercial many years ago, for a product to help you watch what you ate. I couldn't afford it, but thought if I could apply the same idea's, I could do it without the little cards and such, he was selling....It was watching the "Fat Grams" and not so much the calories....
Women should stay under 28 grams, men I believe is 33.....
It wasn't instant, like 10lbs in a week, that is unhealthy. But in no time, just a few weeks, I was like, "wow", I'm losing weight!! I ate popcorn cakes as a night time snack, or a big salad with fat free dressing....There are lots of ways to "exchange" bad stuff for the good stuff, and you can have something like a slice of pizza, but that is just it...One slice not 3.....The exercise I did was walking, and waitressing....It started to melt off after the first few weeks!! You just keep doing what your doing, but don't give up everything, cause' then you'll really want something, and pig out on it...Have a little something you really like now and then, just not a lot of it....and, Do it for yourself!!! Not for family, friends, boyfriend etc....You do it for you, and the compliments will come you wait and see...but you'll be proud of yourself that YOU did it to make YOU feel good first!!

Depends on how much effort is put into your excercising. You need to lose more calories than what you consumed. For example to lose a pound, you need to burn 3500 in an average 2000 calorie-intake diet. Or sonething very similar to that.

But I guess it sounds you have the food part of it solid.

yes. But you also might consider snacking on healthy things such as fruits and vegetables. They can also be used for energy that your body really needs to up your metabolism.
