Good and really addictive black olive dip:
1 1/3 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons dill
1 tablespoon onions, minced
2 tablespoons parsley
1 (14 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 large round pumpernickel bread, loaf
1 small round pumpernickel bread, loaf
Drain and chop olives; mix together all ingredients and chill overnight or for 6 hours prior to serving.
Prior to serving, hollow out large loaf to hold dip.
Cut up small loaf and the leftover bread hallowed out of large loaf and cut into large bite-sized cubes for dipping.
Spoon dip into bread bowl and serve with bread cubes

Well, if you eat dairy, you can add onion soup mix to a tub of sour cream and you'll have onion dip. That's the easy one.
Or, you can do a hot artichoke dip. It's DELICIOUS!
1 small can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped.
1 C grated Mozzarella
3/4 C Romano cheese, grated
1 C Mayo
10 Fresh garlic cloves minced fine
Mix and bake in an oven safe bowl at 400 until golden brown. Serve with sourdough bread.

I received my Taste of Home cookbook and here's a recipe for Creamy Leek Dip- sounds yummy!
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 envelope leek soup mix
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Colby cheese
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl combine yogurt, soup mix and cheese, fold in whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate until you get ready to serve. Serve with carrots, cukes (cucumbers, my fav), broccoli, etc. Makes 24 servings/4 cups of dip-YUM!!

Use soy sour cream and ranch dressing mix to make an easy ranch dip. Or mix soy cream cheese with crushed pineapple for a sweet dip.
