try amazon.ca for the phantom of the opera book.

the easy open chords are "E, A, D, G, C". F and B are a little harder. I'd suggest using the 5 i listed with a capo and then just move up the neck

Simple fingering of chords that you've asked are as follows:

A: XO222O
D: XOO232
C: X32O1O
B. XX4442

Bear in mind that variations are possible with the above chords.

There is a place called, jamplay.com/guitarcords.com but when I checked it they said to hit the refresh button, so I did, apparently there having a problem right now so try it tomorrow. Keep rephrasing it, say free guitar cords, guitar cords, cords for guitar, keep trying using different wordings, all kinds of things come up, your bound to hit something with guitar cords on it ! good luck. As for the book what I do when I want a book like that I call Sam Ash and see if they have it, if not they will order it for you, make sure that you tell them for what instrument.
