Freedom Ship?

Has anyone heard about the Freedom ship?
It is said that it will be a floating city or colonization; with the height of 25 stories and a length that is four times the length of the world's largest ship (Knock Nevis)
Is the creation of a floating city a good idea? please share your views.

No....and some fool would try to sink such a ship simply to make a name for themselves. Nice concept I agree.
