yeah good luck with that. Be aware that crash diets make you lose weight and you gain it all back and then some. Plus, losing weight isn't easy because your body naturally wants to go into survival mode and hold on to every pound. However, for a quick fix, try an almost all vegan diet for the next two weeks; this is no animal products, except maybe milk. Animal products tend to be more fatty, and cut out the bread and sugar like soda. This combined with exercise should help you slim down, but be aware that there is no real quick fix, and you could set yourself for yo-yo dieting, meaning it goes up then down, etc.

If you have the time then go to the gym as much as you can but don't over work it. Stay away from sugary and fattening foods. Make sure your meals aren't huge. They should be proportional. Entree and about 2-3 sides. Excercise and eating right can never do you wrong. I hope that helps. :)

Just eat fruits & veggies and a lot of water. Eat as much fruit and veggies as you want. Very important to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
