Absolutely NO damage will be done if you do not wear your glasses.

As said previously, you be the judge of whether, without wearing your glasses, you (1) See clearly enough to satisfy your needs, and (2) you are comfortable and not straining your eyes or seeing double. I have seen a few people who have been scared by their previous eye doctors into fearing that they will go blind if they do not wear their eyeglasses. It's just NOT so!

Don't worry, Be happy!

You can't do any damage to your eyes by reading without your glasses.

However, you will likely have eye strain, headaches, not enjoy reading, see blurry so misread the text and not understand it or make mistakes when writing.

Totally your choice:
Be comfortable and see clearly with glasses or
Be uncomfortable and see badly without glasses.
