Working within the hospitality industry for many years I think I would be a good candidate as project manager or a home inspector. Are there any firms or management companies that will hire someone not yet licensed?

project manager .... why not go for a management job at a call center. You have the background. And this town has so many calls centers. Just avoid Client Logic and Sitel. They are crappy places.
