Lump Down bottom of rib cage?

Down the bottom of my left ribcage seems like a small lump thats quite solid and hurts when u push it...anyone help? what it could be and advice for it? cheers

Go to a doctor as soon as possible. It might be some kind of hernia, but that's just a guess.
