Unfortutnately, what you are describing can be normal for kids that age, especially those in day care.
We have a two-year-old that started day care at 18 months. We started giving him an immune booster and it has worked wonders. While all the other kids seem to have to stay home every other week and are constantly on antibiotics, he has stayed healthy! (He has taken antibiotics only once in his life).
The one that we use is called Immune Alert. It is an all-natural extract from baker's yeast called beta glucan. There is 40 years of research proving the benefits of beta glucan supplementation for the immune system. Immune Alert comes in adult and children's formulas -- our son loves the cherry flavor of the children's chewables (we have a hard time convincing him that he can't eat the whole bottle in one day!) and we take the adult formula (comes in capsules or chewable).
I highly recommend this product. Go to www.immunealert.com and get a free trial (and tell everyone at the day care too -- if everyone else is healthy too, better for your son!). I think you'll be very happy with this product.
P.S. We also noted that being very attentive to hand washing is important. It is the first thing we do with our son when he gets home from day care. So many things are passed along with their sticky, messy fingers at this age!

ok,1st,take him out of daycare.he is obviously getting som sickness' from the other children.he most likely has a small immune system.make sure 2 get him his shots regularly, this will prevent this problem from ruining his life.u must also make sure 2 hav him as clean as u can get.dont use that "germ-x" or "johnson~johnson,germ-killing antibacterial" squirt hand sanitizer stuff.using that too much will get the already existing bacteria in his body used to the germ-killing alchohol, and other chemicals in it,and will soon know how to resist the hand sanitizer.always use soap and hot water when washing him,but it might b helpful 2 get different soap brands every time u need 2 get mor soap, because the bacteria wont get used 2 it,lik the sanitizer.

Are you taking him to a good pediatrician? this is the first thing. This is not normal. usually it takes up to seven years for a child's immune system to come full balance on their life. But, this does not mean he should be ill all the time either.
I would have him checked and make sure I got a good reason that this is going on. Good luck

That really sucks. But some kids are just more prone to catching stuff.
My brother and I were the same way when we were younger. I was born in Canada, but moved to Germany a few months later (my brother was born in Germany), when we moved back to Canada we were sick every couple of weeks because we hadn't been exposed to the germs here. Eventually we got use to it.

Wow that really sucks, I used to have bad allergies and asthma , but since I've been drink Tahitian Noni Juice I haven't had any outbreaks of anything. My immune system is very strong now, maybe you can try that, reference my source below.

I have a friend whose son is sick all the time. And it's because he's in the same room as them when they smoke weed, they smoke cigarettes outside but he's close nearby, and the house is dirty.
I'm not saying your situation is the same, but if it is you need to think about your son's health and readjust your priorities.

normal because a child immune system is weaker than adult and his body is adjusting to the environment

get him on vitamins (lots of C) and supplements from his doctor/pediatrician. the ear infection can be cured with ear tubes, little tubes placed in his ears to help ventalate his ears. you can talk to your pediatrician, they will give you more information.
