Picture in your mind, a piece of paper that you have started to paint a beautiful picture on and half way into and you accidental mess up, and then you spill some paint on it. Well the whole picture then looks messed up but you can still see the beautiful picture in the back ground and you know it was beautiful and good at one point.
O.K. Now God is the painter, you are the picture, and sin is the spilled paint.
God starts creating you in the womb of your mother. He creates you beautifully and you are born. Then you start to sin(this is when the picture which is you starts to mess up.) and make mistakes and sin is staining your life just like the spilled paint stains the picture. You think you looked ruined but God still sees a beautiful Picture. So when you ask for forgiveness, God picks you up and starts wiping away all the spilled paint that has stained your life and you become a beautiful picture again with nothing staining you.

He forgives you. God does not count your sins against you.
See Luke 18:10-14.
When we confess our sin to God He:
1. Removes our sin as far as the East is from the West. (Psalm 103:12)
2. Completely cleanses us from the stain of our sins. (Isaiah 1:18)
3. Throws our sins behind His back. (Isaiah 38:17)
4. Remembers our sins no more. (Jeremiah 31:24)
5. Treads our sins underfoot. (Micah 7:19)
6. Casts our sins into the depths of the sea. (Micah 7:19)

Grace (not law) unto you, and peace (not division),
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus -> Christ.
True God doesn't law impute any sin to forgive;
For law imputed sin also brings death upon all.
Only the false God on high in divided heavens does;
And if you think this God will forgive you, think again.
To WIT, that God was in Christ "reconciling" the world;
not in Jesus alienating the world with law imputed sin.
That God is light(only), having no darkness at all.
The God of all grace is grace only, no law at all.
The God of all comfort is comfort void of dis-comfort.
Christ is the end of the law; Not more law law.
Peace, with God, is "through Jesus -> Christ".
For Christ's sake ppl, it's AD---> only goes One Way;
unto the perfection of the grace us end already written:
The GRACE(ONLY) of our Lord Jesus->Christ with you->all. Amen.

God is mercy and compassion and when we confess our sins not only does He forgive them but He also forgets them.
A word of warning about this, when we confess our sin and they keep coming back to our minds to torment us and make us feel as if we are not forgiven then this is the action of Satan.

Dont know, ask HIM, however if you accept that HE came as Jesus and we killed HIM, but that HE rose and offers to Forgive, if you believe in your Heart and confess with your Mouth, us of not only killing HIM but all our sins, You can go to heaven, where HE will part your sins from you and part them as far as the East is with the West........................
GOD being GOD will simply not tolerate sin
HE has Risen

I had to let the word of God through the Apostle answer this..
1John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
As you walk on the sands of time, take care what your footsteps reveal, leave the imprint of your soul and not of a heel. Jim

1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Pr. 28:13 "He who covers his sins shall not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them shall haver mercy."
God will forgive us and have mercy on us as we confess, but we also have to forsake sin. We cannot go out and keep sinning the same sins....

If you truly feel guilt for what you have done and you repent which means you stop doing it, he forgives you. Good question. Many people believe all you have to do is confess and you are forgiven, they then continue to do it, and continue to confess. GOD wants you to repent, not confess. : )

Sins n bad karma r different. If a person does a bad karma , he/she will get the appropriate results now or later. God never " punishes" n " forgives" ne1.
