It is perfectly ok to feed hard boiled eggs, even raw eggs to your dog. It is also fine to feed the yolk as well as the white.
Dogs love eggs and giving egg 2-3 times a week is a welcome treat and won't hurt a thing.

Eggs are a wonderful source of protein. I feed them raw, but I realize that is not everyones preference.

A weekly can of tinned sardines also helps enrich the oils in the coat.

Egg whites are okay but stay away from feeding the yolk which most dogs find very dry and hard to swallow. You don't say why you feed the lab eggs...it's okay to feed eggs like that when they're having digestion problem but I wouldn't feed them on a regular basis.
