You need to figure out ways to squeeze exercise into your schedule- bike to work workout during lunch break, etc. also try to plan your meals around healthy foods in advance instread of waiting until you are hungry and grabbing whatever

walk instead of taking the bus or the car
always have a bottle of water with you
try to have a healthy snack instead of a bar of chocolate or crisps ( A peice of fruit or a handful of nuts maybe)
Make sure you get your 5 potions of fruits and vegetables a day
eat lots of small portions
and sure you do have 15 minutes a day to exercise come on,
instead of coming on yahoo answers lol

well if you walk around a lot power walk you can eat healthy snack in between doing things it doesn't take 10 minutes to eat a granola bar
