What about putting the peanut butter on a tortilla? Scrambled eggs with cheese?
Cheese pieces and fruit pieces, esp. banana or cut up grapes.
Yogurt. We get the Danimals with 25% less sugar.
You said cereal, but the kind of cereal can make a big difference. Have you tried Cream of Wheat with some unsweetened applesauce stirred in? Or plain instant oatmeal with applesauce stirred in? Or Corn Chex?
Good luck & keep trying, no more milkshakes~ :)

Don't give her a milkshake for breakfast, please!
What about fruit? Toast? Homemade pancakes with natural syrup?
I make my son 1 egg and a small peice of toast every morning. He ussually eats the toast and takes 2 bites of the egg... I figure he knows what he needs and will eat the egg when he wants to.
Just keep offering HEALTHY food. Don't resort to junk food.

If you are starting her off with Milk; Stop and give her juice, otherwise she will "fill-up'' on milk and not eat solids. Hold off on the Milk until late morning if you can.
French Toast sticks- are good and she can hold them
Oatmeal with fruit- is healthy and filling.
Grilled Cheese Sandwich-might not be a breakfast food but she will get some nutrients. Side of Peaches.
Yogurt and a Banana
Good Luck =)

Organic yogurt for babies, toast with butter, Cheerios, bananas, applesauce (baby, no sugar). Whole milk, diced grapes, sliced blueberries. Basically, a protein, a carbohydrate/starch, and a fruit. If she doesn't eat much, try again mid-morning. Also, don't give a bottle in the middle of the night. She is too old to need nutrition in the middle of the night, unless directed by your doctor.

Whatever She likes for lunch and dinner. Why does breakfast have to be breakfast food. She needs some whole grains and some fruit or vegetable and maybe a little protein. Remember that some people just need a little more time to wake up. Let her play quietly or look at TV or a book for a while. She may be more willing to eat.

i would go with those ensure or peialyte shakes in the morning if she doesnt like solid foods in the morning jus to the shake thing but make sure its something with vitamins
i would get a smoothie maker and just start making different fruit shakes for her may be cheaper then those pdialyte shakes
best of luck

Have you tried fresh or canned fruit?
How about cheese cubes, yogurt, applesauce, frozen waffles, raisins........
Its more important that she eats, LESS important WHAT she eats.
I don't think the milkshake is a good idea, though--high calories but very little nutrition!
How about a fruit smoothie, blending yogurt or milk, a couple ice cubes, and some strawberries or bananas instead?

What kinda nut gives a baby a milk shake? She should not be having all that sugar!!! She isn't going to starve! If she won't eat breakfast, then wait til lunch and try again, but quit giving her all that sugar. You'll have her teeth rotting before they even get all the way in!

I just tried pancakes (I used frozen, warmed in the microwave) and Soy Baby Yogurt (by Stoneyfield Farms, it has cereal & fruit in it) and he loved both.
He's 14 mos. but I usually still give him the Gerber baby oatmeal mixed with milk and a stage 3 jar of fruit. He just eats that up and I figure it's fortified with iron and is probably better for him than overly process "adult" oatmeal.
