I would say that there is no healthy way to accomplish this. However, to get as close as you can you should follow these simple tips.
1) Drink AT LEAST eight(8) 8oz. glasses of water a day.
2) Eat no more than 1200 calories a day. This should be in small portions and broken out into 5 or six meals during the day.
A typical day could be:
BREAKFAST:
Dannon Light and Fit 16oz yogurt
Spray imitation butter if you need it.
whole bran cereal (1/2 cup)
4oz milk
1 egg
LUNCH:
Salad greens (the darker the better)
1TBSP light dressing such as ranch
1 hard boiled egg or a half can of tuna (for the salad)
2 slices of lean turkey on whole weat bread
SNACK (about 3pm)
1 Hard boiled egg
yogurt or cottage cheeze (4 oz)
DINNER
Repeat salad
Lean Chicken or Fish
2 servings of non starch vegetables
DESERT
fat free pudding.
3) Do some aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate but still be able to talk for at least 45 minutes per day.

If you want your stomach to appear slimmer than it is and feel lighter on your feet in 16 days; I would suggest a total colon cleansing, or detoxing your body.
Many times your body will feel full, and bloated because you need to be purged. There are many articles on this online, but I would ask the advice of your physician before doing it.
You could try:
Epsom Salt as a purgative.
Carter's Little Liver Pills
or:
Go on a juice diet ala Jack Lalane.
Lay off meat and bread a while and eat raw and/or steamed vegetables and fruit, and seeds.
Drink your recommended glasses of water a day. This will keep you full w/o adding calories.
Drink or eat boullion or clear broth soups before meals.
Turn off TV or TiVo and start dancing to fast music.
Go on a mini or partial fast.

Eat 1 slice of toast in the morning, 1 slice for dinner, w/e for your tea. Apart from like fry ups e.t.c. And nothing else, go for a jog every morning. do 100 situps a day, doesnt matter if there all at onece, and do some weights, That should work, change the toast to wheatabix or something every 2 days.
Good luck hun

If you were to lose 10 lbs. in 16 days chances are it will just yoyo right back on and then some. It is an unrealistic goal to lose wieght and keep it off that fast.

Nope. It would be very difficult to lose 10lbs in 16 days. 2.5 lbs a week is considered a healthy amounth. A good way to lose weight is to cut 500 calories from your diet and burn 500 calories through exercise.

Drink lots of water, cut your meals in half or until just under satisfied. Make sure your out doing physical activities or else you'll store the water instead of it flushing out your system.

Go to www.sparkpeople.com and you may find an answer. To reduce is easier. Just taking only 500 calaories per day. But THAT IS NOT HEALTHY. EXCERCISE AND NUTRITION are the best ways .

Make sure you eat healthy and not fatty foods. Also, excercise a lot and don't eat in between meals. This should help quite a bit.
