Hi. Do u mean actual BBQ recipes or ideas for food to bring to a BBQ??
And I assume u mean wheat flour. (Whey is a milk protein that some ppl are allergic to but it is differetn from gluten.)

Basically BBQ food is a good gluten free choice:

Most meats are fine to BBQ, just use a GF BBQ sauce. Kraft and Cattlemen's are both GF.
Serve the person no bun for burgers or dogs. Or find GF buns online or in health food stores.

Other BBQ foods like corn, potato salad, salad, watermelon and so on can be made gluten free if they aren't already (Potato salad would be the one in question, some mayo and mustard can have gluten in it. Kraft is ok.)

Basically u can take any recipe u find online and if it calls for something that contains gluten, i.e. flour, just use something like Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Flour mix.

Most vinegars in things are GF bc they are distilled. Kraft assures me their vinegars are GF unless otherwise stated.

Hope that helps!

i went to www.allrecipes.com and this is what they came up with.

Easy Lemon Chicken and Rice serves 6

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2-1/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 cups julienned sweet red pepper
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2-1/4 cups uncooked instant rice
2-1/4 cups cubed cooked chicken breast

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder and lemon peel. Stir in broth and lemon juice until smooth; set aside. In a 3-cup microwave-safe dish, cook pepper and zucchini in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in broth mixture and rice. Cover; microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in chicken. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes; fluff rice. Cook 30-45 seconds, until heated through.
