well my (boy) friends b-day is in 6 days. i told him wat it is and he said it was cool.. i was supposed to give it to him last night, but it wouldn't fit in my bag! i want to give him the gift but i'm not sure when i should, on his b-day, sent it through the mail (dont have enough money), or give it to him personnally, like at the mall or something??? idk wat to do would like some advice or help with this please!!!

Sarah, you have to give it to him in person. It is a personal gift so it should be presented in person. He will appreciate your thoughts more if you do it that way. Also, you can give it to him anytime before his birthday. It may not get lost in the shuffle of other gifts if you give it to him ahead of time. Good Luck.

you know, it really depends on what atmosphere you want to create. If it's no big deal, it really doesn't matter. If he is your friend only and that's what you want, go to his place, or invite him over, or the mall...all good ideas. Now if you want more from him than friendship, I think I would choose somewhere that we won't be easily seen, and try to have low lighting. Music would be nice too. It just depends on how important, and what giving this gift means to you.
