Ok. When I talk about evolution, this is a reason given why couldn't have evolved from ape like creatures.

We have statues in the image of Caesar. Why can't they rule Rome? Just because you were created in the image of God, doesn't make you God, a god, or anything near. It just means that you were not evolved from a lower species--that you are of greater worth because you have a living soul and a will to choose and a mind to judge and comprehend your existence and to seek the One that created you.

good question. I think people made god make people in 'his' image. Why would 'he' be human when 'he' can be everything and more? I think [preferred God name here] exists in neither person, place nor thing form...[God] but everything...and is undefined in my opinion.

Being IN something means it's WITH-In it, like carrot bits floating around IN the soup. Or a plane flying through the air with-IN the atmosphere of the planet. Or our bodies existing with-IN the mind of God. We are, indeed, IN the mind of God. Hence, as the carrot bit looks around the soup, it is indeed seeing celery bits, potato chunks, and saying 'where's the cook?' 'prove to me the cook exists, damn you!'

It's talking about trying to live up to the example that Jesus made the 33 yrs. he was living on earth. Of course we wont because he was perfect but it means to try.

theyre not! u c i read about lots of religions and the only 1 that made sence 2 me was islam. u should read the quran it really gives u an idea of what islam really is. people think that islam educated violence and war but as a matter of fact islam means peace! hope that helps!
