That He is in control doesn´t mean he does everything for you.
You still decide yourself and he decides whether he wants to allow that to happen or not. He also doesn´t have to stop accidents, bad things and catastrophes from happening. He also cannot be held responsible for His decisions.
Neither insurance nor other means of security and protection can replace His will. You could still have a baby although you didn´t plan it. You could still die in an accident, although your seat belt was fastened. In those cases you can´t turn around and blame God because you thought you took precautions.
But you also don´t have to feel you don´t trust him when you fasten your seat belt. You do what you have to do and leave the rest to Him. Think about this example: you wouldn´t want to run your car against a wall even if you were fastened and the damage to the car would be paid by the insurance, right?

God is in heaven. He gave man dominion over the earth to take care of it. Man is appointed once to die and then the judgment. Burial insurance is just being nice to our family and taking care of business for them. Seat belts and birth control aren't necessary. God is the Healer so health insurance is for broken arms, cuts, etc. God takes care of the big health problems which most are caused by sin.

Don't be an idiot. Yes God created us and yes we have faith in him that he will protect us but he also gave us free will and when we stray from his path he can no longer protect us.Seat belts protect us from our own necessity to drive fast and reckless birth control protects us from bringing a poor child into the world in a unhealthy situation because we couldn't keep our own self's under control. So please don't ask stupid question about God. Are you trying to start a riot?

Because while God is in control there are people walking the earth with free will. Most of them to do use it properly.
