depends on the specific circumstance...was there any eye contact before? did she look at you and then apply? did she apply it and walk away? if she just applied it and left, she was probably just fixing her makeup and it meant nothing. but if there was some eye contact, it could mean she was interested. applying lipstick can be sexual, so I understand how this question is coming up. lol

Depends on which set of lips she applied the lipstick to.

Sometimes it does but soemtimes it most likely doesnt. I mean, alot of women worry about their looks so they apply lipstick, lip gloss, chapstick etc. to feel better about themselves.

Whenever a girl does that with me..
we end up goin out...
making out...
or doing something that doesint include me going home and getting a hug on the girls doorstep.

It probably means she wants to put on her lipstick. I guess it's also in how she does it though...
