If you had so blasphemed it would be impossible to get you to repent.

"It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance" Heb 6:4-6

So the "what if" scenario never actually occurs.

No, God never abandons anyone. However, if you choose to turn to yourself (sinning), and you don't want God, God will grant you your wish with eternal suffering alone in Hell for denying His eternal goodness in order to make things just. Repentance is always good. Good luck if you're serious about this.

I assume that if God really had abandoned you, then you would not care enough about God to even ask this question (since it is ultimately God the holy Spirit that moves people to remorse).
