A HUMAN female cannot reproduce asexually.
I specify "human" because some reptiles, for instance, can. However, humans are not able to do that.

As mentioned above, humans cannot reproduce asexually. However, there is parthenogenesis in several ("lower") species, in which the female produces an egg which is stimulated to divide and develop into a young of the species. There is actually a species of lizard in which there are no males - only females.
In several other species, there is what is called sequential hermaphrodism, in which an animal is one sex when it is born, but then as it grows and develops, it changes into the other sex!

It depends. If you were a Whiptail lizard and asked if you could lay fertile eggs without mating, the answer would be YES.
There are many types of animals that can give birth without having sex.
It is called parthenogenesis.
Some types of bugs like aphids can lay fertile eggs without a male.
There are some types of sharks and lizards like geckos and Komodo dragsons can reproduce without mating.
But all mammals, including humans, need to mate to get pregnant

I am not 100% sure, but I have heard that its possible for a woman's eggs to devlop without sperm.......this would be incredibly rare and the result is an infertile female...I have no more info. Technically this is not assexual as it involves sex cells!!!!
However its impossible for a female human to reproduce assexually....so the answer is NO

No. You still need DNA from somewhere, the most likely source being sperm.
Of course you could also resort to cloning.
Mary was impregnanted by the Holy Spirit but I don't think that qualifies as asexual.
