If you are a Christian then a blood covenant would be consider a pagan thing therefore it would be against God. Not to mention alot of Christians say you shouldn't be with a non Christian.
By the way.... How is he almost not a Christian?

The renewed Covenant of Jer 31:31-34 an analogous one as in Isaiah fifty 3:a million-12. Verse 12b through fact he poured out His soul unto dying & he grow to be numbered with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many & made intercession for the transgressors. Isaiah 11 speaks of Messiah & what he will do while He returns to establish the Covenant Kingdom. All who will come to Him & settle for & do His Commandments would be blanketed interior the Covenant.

if by blood covenant you mean something in the lines of cutting & mixing blood consider
1) disease!!!!!
2) are you %100 sure?? seems like a short time for this stuff
3) do you want to symbolicly be connected with this person for a long time?
4) is this like a brother-sister or lovers thingy?
5) please explain in more detail?
My personal advice - nope

I doubt you are in love after only three weeks, and if a blood covenant involves exchanging blood with eachother, that would be a very stupid move on your part. Infectious diseases are passed that way.

To do that is a personal matter, but you really need to consider if enough time has passed in the relationship to take this step and if you are personally comfortable with it. Do not feel forced to do something you are hesitant about...real relationships aren't built that way.

What do you mean by blood covenant? Like drinking each other's blood? I don't think it is a sin, but I do think it is gross.

This has nothing to do with Christianity.
Don't do it, though. What if he has AIDS or some other disease?
