Easy Vegetable Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
6 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 ounce) package dry pasta (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place the spaghetti sauce and water in a large pot over medium high heat. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and add the mixed vegetables.
Add the pasta, if desired, and let simmer until heated through or until pasta is done, about 15 minutes.

Almonds are really good for the brain, especially when you are wanting to learn something.
My parents are always telling my brothers and sister to feed their children almonds everyday because it sharpens the brain.

apparently oily fish like sardines, pilchards, mackerel. They are meant to have omega 3 fatty acids that are very good for the brain
