How do you export your mozilla thunderbird mail from your old computer to a new one? And your settings?

I bought a new computer and I'm trying to get all my saved email and my settings off the old computer and onto the new one? I was using Thunderbird on the old computer and I want to keep using it on the new computer. I can't find an export button on the old computer's Mozilla Thunderbird program. Please help me!
