That is considered sexual harassment.
As long as you have warned her that this is making you feel uncomfortable and she still continous then you have a case.
.*** I'm scared to report the harassment because I fear that I will be retaliated against or fired. What should I do?
Don't worry. The California law protections against retaliation for reporting sexual harassment are even stronger than the laws that prevent the harassment from occurring. The law strictly prohibits an employer from retaliating against anyone who has opposed practices of sexual harassment and/or discrimination or has filed a complaint, testified or assisted in any proceeding involving sexual harassment. If the employer retaliates, the employee has yet another cause of action to sue the employer and there has been a recent trend in California cases for employees to receive larger verdicts for the retaliatory conduct of the employer than for the original sexual harassment.
MORE INFO:
Sexual harassment under California and Federal law is generally defined as unwanted sexual contact of two main types: (a) quid pro quo harassment which occurs when employment is conditioned on the submission to unwelcome sexual advances, or (b) unwelcomed sexual conduct that was severe or pervasive enough to create an abusive environment for the employee.
Sexual harassment has been found to include a large range of inappropriate behavior including requests for sexual favors, unwanted sexual advances or propositions, verbal conduct, slurs or derogatory comments and comments about a person's body, appearance or sexual activity.
In fact, visual harassment, including leering looks, offensive gestures or derogatory posters, cartoons or drawings have been found sufficient to create a hostile environment.

There is a name for this. It is illegal. It is sexual harrassment. If you cooperate however, being that you are a male, you will likely get into deep problems over the longer term.
Check on your company's formal sexual harrassment policy. Check with a labor relations attorney. Document the behavior of the boss (but don't keep the documentation at work). This may be needed. Your boss may allege you were the agressor and charge you with rape or attempted rape.
Never get into any situation where sex could occur as allegations can become a real mess.
You may ultimately need a new job so maybe now is the time to polish up the resume and start the process as well. You may line up a better job. After turning in the resignation, report the harassment and tell Management that her behavior prompted you to leave. Maybe you will end up with a competitor and really anger management.

Do it and tape it save the emails and record the calls as this will come back to you and then you have the upper hand in the blackmail game.
This could follow you for years if she is mentally unstable.
If you want to then be shrewd and realize it will turn into a power play and women whom approach guys at work usually are the bitches from hell.
If you play, prepare to leave the next day or at least be wary of leaving and look for another job when the **** hits the fan or things go bad. Especially if she is seeing someone else or is married, then you might have even more trouble later..
Best bet, if you second guess and you are, best to not do it.
If you do, though, record it all, you will need all the info in the future.

The best way to ruin a career is to sleep with the supervisor.
Integrity is an eggshell. It can be broken, but it cant be repaired. Lying isnt integrity.
If she hasn't slept with you, she doesnt want to sleep with you. She doesnt know what she is asking for. You could be really no fun at all in the sack - she doesnt know. Its more likely that she likes the idea of sleeping with you. Its more likely that she thinks you are cute.
If you make yourself personally un-cute, while not damaging yourself professionally, that could work. Ask your mother how to do that - you might be surprised what ideas older women who have a few miles come up with. Especially to help their kids.
Options:
- quit and find a new job
- tell her you are religious, invite her to church with you, tell her that sex should wait until after the wedding.

My suggestion is do not sleep with her. It will most definetly ruin your working relationship especially if things go bad between you.
This is what most people think only happens with male boss and a female subordinate. But it does occur both ways and not matter the gender what you have described is illegal. It is called Quid Pro Quo. I suggest you put your foot down or work elsewhere.

Enjoy the attention but for heavens sake dont go there. It will lead to all kinds of complications. She is sexually harrassing you and thats against the law and her and the company can be sued by you. If you took her up on her offer and something went wrong your work environment can become a very uncomfortable place. If this is making you feel uncomfortable I suggest you tell her so. If after she is told to back off she starts to screw you in your job then I would strongly suggest a lawsuit.

I know youre a guy and all but it seems like you like your job. Stand by your professional ethics and stand your ground against dipping in the company pool. Sleeping with a co worker can only mean trouble. And she is guilty of sexual harassment. Attractive or not, be man enough to just say no.

Yeah, Thats a bad idea. Just be friendly, but not overtly friendly. She might get the wrong idea. Quit shaving and don't brush your teeth. Also, picking your nose while you're around her is a good deterrent.

its possible you could really get something out of it. you say she's attractive which tells me you have given this some thought and you have looked at her the same way she's looking at you. she was just honest enough to say it. in one sense if she's the boss she wont tell anyone and jeperdize her role in the company, in another you'll jeperdize yours. ive done it and believe me you'll never live down the concept that at any point if she gets mad, its over......

If you really care about your job, it wouldn't be a good idea. It's going to bring a lot of drama into your life. It'll also make things at work a lot more awkward.
