coz she was a muslim girl and that you couldn't have her coz she can't get married to a guy from another religion? And if she wanted to, then he would have to convert to Islam. What would you do for real, true love? what would happen? would you accept you couldn't have her and move on or would you not let her go without a fight emotionally coz SHE IS THE ONE!

Real true love will just happen. it'll feel natural and seems like there isn't any obstacles.

I would accept i couldn't have her because it wasn't meant to be.

I encountered this EXACT same situation on the net through a dating site.....and to top it off, she was from Iraq and actually related to Sudam Hussein but was living in London for being part of regime that was against him. We become really close from chatting and I was going to meet her when she asked me what my faith was. After replying "Christian", she asked if I could convert to Muslim.....after I said no, I asked her if she could convert to Christianity, and she said no.....and neither could change our headstrong ways.....and so, out of real, true love, tried to minister to her about our doctrinal differences and when that didn't help, we mutually said "goodbye"......I loved her enough to spend my life with her but not enough to spend a doomed eternity with her.....there are times when you do have to "selfishly" think about your OWN well-being.....if she doesn't convert, then she isn't your destiny.....

My own opinion is, a switch of that magnitude is all up to each individual. I wouldn't think it would have to come down to that sort of thing.
