How do I take a train from the Newerk Airport to Long Island?

I am traveling to the Newerk airport next month and I need to know how to get from the airport to Long Island. Also I'm going to be arriving there at 6:00 am.

You'll need to take the Air Train from the terminal to the NJ Transit station and then take NJ Transit to Penn Station in NYC. From there, you can grab the LIRR to Long Island. Go to www.njtransit.com for schedules.
