Are you asking a quesion or making a statement and used a question mark instead of the period?

Turning on the firewall service activates more software that has to load; this takes time to do. It takes you more time to do 10 5 minute jobs than 3 5 minute jobs so why would it be different for a pc?

This is normal.

By the way, work on your writing. Use proper grammar and punctuation. Make statements when you want to make statements and ask clear questions when you want to ask questions. When I went to school, we could not get out of fourth grade writing like you did.
