New Jersey Hangout Spots?

I'm single and in my late 20s, where would be the best places to hangout in Jersey

The first place that came to mind was Atlantic City. It's not just about the casinos. There's great food, and even greater entertainment. There are lots of clubs/ lounges right in the casinos.

Depends what part of New Jersey. Hoboken is a great young people hang out area in Northern New Jersey. In central New Jersey, New Bruswick, near Rutgers University is a great college town with fun clubs and good theaters, in southern New Jersey, Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant are good beach hang outs Point Pleasant is a bit more civilized than Seaside, but Seaside is a great pick up place, we always called it Sleaze Side Heights when I was growing up. Much further south Atlantic city and Wildwood Crest are great places to hang out have fun and either win or more likely lose some money.

or jenks (point pleasant board walk)
