To those who say "don't drink':
Kindly notice I said "cure", not "prevention".

Man, I hate all these brats that say, "stop drinking!" or preach against the "evils of booze". Althought the lady immediatly above is correct. For the rest of them; go back to your dungeon and dragons/risk game in your mothers basement you coke bottle glassed freaks. <- Thought I'd judge the judges.
I found that propel fitness water is AMAZING at killing them. Just drink 2 or 3 of them right away in the morning and the hangover is KILLED! Also, apple juice helps. Apparently there's something in there that replaces lost nutrients after you've been drinking. Propel has always worked for me!

Eat and drink a lot of water while drinking the alcohol. This dilutes the alcohol concentration in the system a bit -- yes, reduces the buzz, but a hangover comes from getting the buzz. The more you think you're flying, the harder the crash. Second, one of the main causes of hangovers is dehydration, and literally the change of sense of balance due to the fluid change in the inner ear; the water will cushion this a bit. The only actual CURE is time, though; letting what you've done to yourself wear off as your system recovers.

Ok seriously speaking...since you looking for a cure to a hangover that means you already are drinking so telling you to stop isn't going to help.
So, take 2 tylenol extra strength or aleve before going to bed and drink lots of water before going out drinking, try to have some water in between alcoholic drinks, and drink water and some kind of sports drink to replenish the electrolytes in your body the next day. You may also want to try taking a Vitamin C and a Vitamin B with the tylenol.

Believe it or not, I've tried EVERYTHING and what I like best is Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release Capsules. I usually take them around 6am then go back to sleep (even just for a little bit) and I wake up fine! That's for a headache though...if it's your stomach then I don't know. And drink a lot of water (unless you feel like you're gonna puke, then just drink as much as you can without getting sick.)
