The entire Universe, all we see, experience, know, conceive, all that exists, exists as one point in space/time. What we see as differences or individuality are illusory expressions of perception arising from variations of vectoral spin as "I", that part of me-you-god attempts to view ourself. From the "reality" of our current plain of perception it appears that as matter/energy is accelerated to the speed of light it achieves infinite mass and exists in all parts of space/time simultaneously. Because of this there need only be one particle in all of the Universe. All we perceive is illusion.

Jesus was a first creation Colossians 1:15 as a spirit son of God. Billions of years before the earth or humans was even a thought. eaon's and eaon's before.
Then he came down as a man to see how it feels to live as a man. So while he was in a human body he was a son of man or a human. But in reality he was this powerful spirit person that is at the right hand of God. REvelation 3:14

Murazor: The answer may surprise you ! Jesus Christ in a confrontation by the religious legalists of His day while on earth, referred to the human creation as "gods" (see: Book of John, verses 44 & 45) King David made reference to God's people as being "gods" (see: Book of Psalms, chapter 82, verse 6). This can all be taken to mean, that any time God interacts with people, these elect are sons & daughters to God, the Father, [note: "Father"], but in no way are limited humans - limitless God. Remember; there is no one like God (see: Book of Isaiah, Chapter 46, verse 9).

No, the name "Son of Man" is a Divine, authoritative name given only to God's chosen One (Jesus Christ). God bless.

Old Testament: "I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man (God the Son) was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days (God the Father) And was presented before Him." Daniel 7:13

He is the Son of God. There is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Man is not God in any form of Christianity.

It is a literal term that has to be really looked into. The son of Man is a statement that shows up of what he did. He was in some ways our servant...wow how humble he must have been.

Man is created in the likeness and image of God but because of sin, it has separated man from God and unless mankind comes to Christ, mankind will suffer eternally. God has given the Church (Believers in Christ) power over sin, sickness, poverty and spiritual death and yes, we are called, the children of GOD..

I love you! Your reasoning is so fun, and honestly that is one of the best questions I have heard in a while. Religion is rife with sayings that were said by men who at times didn't know what they meant. So you are right in your assumption, but most people who are the religous right would just get pissed for saying that... lol

the description "son of man" was a messianic title. Jesus is the one who was given dominion and glory and a kingdom. when Jesus used this phrase related to himself, he was assigning the “son of man” prophecy to himself. the jews of that era would have been intimately familiar with the phrase and to whom it referred. he was proclaiming himself as the messiah.

a second meaning of the phrase "son of man" is that Jesus was truly a human being. God called the prophet ezekiel "son of man" 93 times. God was simply calling ezekiel a human being. a son of a man is a man. Jesus was fully God, but he was also a human being
