An icy pink would be a great complimentary color to burgundy or icy white. The pink compliments softly but the icy white is a sharp contrast. Flowers would be easy to do with either of those colors too. Burgundy is so rich & deep, just beautiful - I've seen a lot of suggestions for ivory here, too,
but the white would stand out better against the burgundy.
Good luck & best wishes & congratulations!!!

Burgundy is a gorgeous color and you should be able to find some great flowers too! As for another color - you should invest in a color wheel. There are a lot of combinations you could do that are hard to explain. Navy, hunter, gold, deep purple and deep orange are all options though. Take a look at a color wheel and it will all make sense, I promise!

I too am planning at September Wedding. Burgandy and Gold/Champagne look great together. The brunette's in the wedding pary can wear burgandy and the blonds gold. Or gold dressed with burgandy accents. Plus all the photo's will match my decor in our house! I think the guys would look great in a goldish vest.

I'm still trying to figure out how to mix some purple in - but not plum. hmm? I found a centerpiece with Dark red/pink Calla and Purple Orchids - I saved it, but can't seem to find the link, sorry.

Fall colors ~ Burgundy, Dark Green, Navy Blue, Silver, Gold, Creams, Burnt Orange, Taupe, Brown and Plum.

GOOD LUCK with all your planning and your life together!

I think a dusty pink could be nice. Still autumn-ish, but it wouldn't clash. A pale yellow might also look nice, or possibly even gold (metallic).

Other autumn colors are a bit of a concern with the burgundy...Brown is too similar, orange is too different. I'd say leaf green, but you'll end up looking to "Christmassy".

Ivory or cream would be lovely. So would a pale yellow, like a chamois color. You could also use pale gold, not too metallic. Of course, all the suggestions you have on here are great ones. Good Luck!@

Burgundy is a good fall color. Here are a couple options:
*A pretty orange, maybe even a burnt orange. (Think of what blood oranges look like when sliced in half.)
*Gold
*Ivory/Champagne

You can go with a soft pink, peach, sage green, ivory, gold, etc..

You should try to buy some flowers at a craft shop to compare the colors and see how they go well with what you are looking for -- or even material swatches are good to use.

Ivory would look great and not take away from burgundy

I agree with the others about gold or ivory, or maybe even a soft yellow

a light pink, or a champagne/ivory.. quite frankly all 3 together would be beautiful and the light pink would really pop in the flowers against the dress
