God is smart enough to foresee all repercussions.
Chaos theory is just a limitation on finite human minds, but not a problem to an infinite Divine mind.

That's where we come in...as sons of Adam we are to tidy up after God...and deal with the repercussions of His creativity.
At least, that is what I had to do for my bible thumping mother and if I refused I had hell to pay...

God is all-knowing - past, present, and future down to the minute detail and thought. If repercussions happen, and he always does something to prepare for them.
