Know any good music for jogging?

Question

I like to jog in tempo with the music to help keep a steady pace of about a 10 minute mile. I prefer alternative music, but would be open to other stuff if it's good.

If you have an ipod you can download "podrunner" under podcasts for free on itunes. The music is upbeat and different every week. After I discovered it I could not get enough of it! I hope you like it :)

Alternative is definitely the way to go. It's something about the way it sounds that just gets you pumped. I like this song that just came out and it's called "The Great Escape" by Boys Like Girls. Stuff by the All American Rejects is good, oh, and Fall Out Boy too. Basically, just any song that's got that loud electric guitar sound somewhere in the middle of it...that gets me so pumped, and I don't wanna stop running when I hear it! :-)

A lot of times I sing to myself while running, but in some places it is illegal to run with a headset on. You won't be able to hear traffic or other people as well. I think you will usually figure out a good song that goes along with your pace.

All these are pretty good, they keep me running for miles!!
