I am also a truck driver. It is my truck, i take vacations when i want to. I travel all over the states. A truck driver does not makes minimun. The commercial driver license (CDL) can be very expensive and thus we should charge like that. The money is good. Very good. But i am not in the field that i want to be. Hopefully i will save and then do what i want.

I'm a plant technician / Customer complaint investigator / for a large chemical company. As with everyone some days are good some days are not so good. I work 40-45 hours a week which is good, but I have to carry a pager and laptop in the event something goes wrong. Had I been smart and stayed away from credit card debt when I was younger I would be allot more comfortable than I am at present, (little snuck in advice there)

I host/bartend at a restaurant and also work at a meat market right now. I like my jobs to an extent, but since they're not even close to the field I want to be in, I am pretty much miserable. I work just about the right amount, although not on the right days. I live pretty comfortably and don't have many worries about money.

I just wish I was in a field that I enjoyed.

I work in my company's legal dept.
I'm a Paralegal. Im a law school grad and I'm sitting for the BAR next fall.
I have alot of goals so I would say that I'm "excited" about my job.
I don't like it per se. I hate to take orders from people who are not as talented or intelligent as I am.
I get paid a nice salary, but like I said, I have alot to look forward to. More money is one of them.
I'm comfortable financially but not just because of my salary. If all my income came from work, I'm not sure I would be so content.

I'm a truckdriver.
The hours are long and the pay is about like minimum wage.
I like the freedom of the road and I just like to drive.
I do make a living, but I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
