I don't believe this is possible - the rotating elements will result in dynamic changes to the "resistance" and "capacitance" of the circuit that will cause fluctuating voltages and currents ..

DC motor and generators are electromechanical machines. and electromechanical machines must be analysis for speeds and torques. Simply, DC circuit theorems does not analysis speeds and torques.
