This is going to sound odd, but if you attack him, she will feel like you're attacking her because she is crushing on this guy. I'm sure that she is convinced that he is only kidding about what he writes and it may be a while before she figures it out. Do not alienate yourself from her because she will need a friend in the near future and you should be that person. Ask her opinion about his stuff, read it with her, and ask her if that bothers her. Help her think through it. Praise her at every opportunity but only when it's justified. Real praise will help.

Not to judge your friend or anything, but does she like him because he is consider 'cool'? Or does she just want to have crush for the sake of having a crush? Explain to her that there are Way nicer guys our there and she doesn't have to have a crush on someone to impress anyone. You may need to talk to an adult about the Internet thing, because that is Cyber bullying. And who knows? You said she was told she was liked by this boy? Mabye it was just a rumour or a cruel joke. Or mabye he does like her. Girls mature way faster than boys, so he may not have grown out of the 'If you like a girl, tease and bully her' phase. When you say write bad things about her, what do you do you refer to? Does he say stuff about her body in a perverted way or something like that? Does she know that he writes stuff about her? I asked you that because if she knows that he writes about her, she may consider it to be a complement instead of something slandering,and that's why she likes him. What you need to do is boost her self esteem, and let her know that there is a whole world of people out there ready to treat her a lot better and people who care like you do.And that writing bad stuff about her on the Internet is no way near flattering. I think she is just carried away by his attention. Good luck and i hope you knock some sense into her head.

Typical kid stuff. Boys are morons sometimes. He probably does like her and is too immature to know how to deal with it.
Honestly, she should confront him about the BS he's passing around about her. If he's a huge jerk right to her face, maybe she'll get over him. But if he says he's sorry or thinks this is his "big opportunity", maybe he'll stop acting like an idiot.

I think that if he really is writing bad thing about her then people are most likely lying to her about him liking her. Even if they are both weird I don't think that he is write for her but on the other hand if they both really like each other than I think that they are write for each other and he might just be saying that because he is around all of his friends to try to impress her but I'm sure that once they are together he will not be mean.

Why don't you show her what he is writing on the internet, maybe with her looking at it herself then she'll realize he is a jerk and move on. Otherwise, she'll have to learn the hard way.

Tell her she can find someone better than that creep, someone who will treat her like she is a princess, all woman should be treated like one and tell them they are beautiful and say nice things to them. He doesn't like her he just wants what all creeps want. Find someone better for her and maybe she will forget about that creep.
