Romans 8

38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[m] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Just wanted to share that we have an indescribable love in God.

Why don't most of you read what is written after the question?

I'm not really asking for myself, I'm sharing God Word.

I appreciate all the Christians that answered.
Only 4 people read the whole post.

I know nothing can separate me from the love of God.

And to Armand Steel,
I definitely don't have Invisible Crutch Syndrome.
God's love is an Amazing Love.

Another excellent question!
No! No! No! I wish all Christians could fully appreciate the scripture you quoted. It is what the most valued Hyms are based on. The bible even employs logic to demonstrate the irreversible state of being "Saved". The Christians that don't believe in "Eternal Security" are not crediting Jesus blood sacrifice for completing its work. Satan is the master Saboteur of people receiving salvation. God does NOT allow Satan to UNDO Salvation once a person receives it. It is protected by GOD Himself!

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet si8nners, Christ died for us.
9Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.
10For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life._ Romans 5

If we understood life from the Fathers' perspective this would not be very hard to understand but, we don't and therefore fumble about with what we hope or heard someone say trying to satisfy and justify ourselves. We are like a child eating solid food for the first time and though we are given pea's, potatoes, and carrots we mix them all up and mash them beyond recognition. In the end, without His help, we are just cute, proud, kids that think we have done a good job because the people around us tell us that. Faith is not blind hope Faith knows Your Faith is what your Father wants you to work out. Seek Him while you still can.

Someone said on here that 5 years ago they were just like you and now they are "separated" from God. That's a lie, because they ARE NOT separated from God! They are wasting their time playing around, but one of those days God will eventually come looking for them and get them out of the play ground. Nothing separates us from Him. My brother was a Christian when he was a teenager, then he started drinking, smoking and grew up to be an atheist. He battled God for 20 something years and now when he's in his thirties, he eventually called out to God who ALWAYS was there near him. People can go through many things in life, but if they really are the children of God, no matter what sucks in their heads or what they go through, eventually they'll one again end up with God!

A true, born again Christian is safe and secure in the Lord's Hands. The above verse says so. Also check out the 17th chapter of John. I like this quote 'The devil hasn't armies enough to defeat the one who trusts the Lord'. (Source unknown). We have great CONFIDENCE in a loving God. Jesus paid a high price for us........and He is not about to let anything defeat us. GOOD NEWS!

God has unconditional love for us. He may punish us for our sins but he loves. It's a little/lot as a parent and a disobedient child.

We must be aware that Satan is out there trying to separate us from God. God still loves us despite the temptations we may fall for, but God provides us with the courage and spiritual strength to overcome these temptations. All we have to do is ask Him. It's not easy for us, but the opportunities are there for us to accept if we so desire.

Nothing can separate me from the love of God. He is real. He is the same in this world that is always changing.

The only possible exception might be one's self. This possibility is pretty much removed through the whole process of conversion. No one in their right mind would want to go back to their previous condition. And when one becomes converted, their minds are "healed."

Nothing can separate us from His Love, but we need to be greatly concerned about being separated from His Grace. Those that find themselves outside of His Grace will not be able to enjoy His Love.
