I lost a lot of weight, I had gastric bypass. But I had to learn a healthy lifestyle to accompany the new me, so that I will never gain the weight back!
Try these simple things:
1) Eat more protein (meats, beans, soy products or soy fortfied drinks)
2)Eat less carbs (bread, pasta, potatoes, corn)
3) Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day (this will flush the food through your system faster and help you digest food quicker)
4)Drink hot liquids with your meals because hot grease doesnt solidify as quickly and you can pass it faster
5)put fork down between bites and chew slowly (helps digestion; food that is chewed thouroughly is sent through the body quicker)
6) Increase calcium intake (calcium chewables like VIACTIVE, and calcium fortified foods) speed weight loss
7)If you arent into excercise, just try to take a walk in the morning or evening, just a little of something steady will go a long way towards your major goal!
Good luck!!!
Good luck!

Diet and Exercise. That is the only tried and true method. 1200-1350 calories a day and a good work out schedule at least three days a week or more incorporating cardio and some weight training, and you will see results, and be much healthier than taking diet pills.

Your in luck, its called exercize! I dont want to sound ugly, but you need to get your body moving if you want to loose anything. Cut out all sugers from your diet. Cut down on bread, pasta, and starches. Those foods turn into suger in your body and if the energy (food) that you eat is not digested it will turn into fat. You want to talk to your Doctor about it. There may be a medical condition causing you to not loose weight. The only way your going to burn any calories is if you get your heart rate up. There is a reason that fad diets are called fad diets, they dont last. Do it right, it really sucks at first but you can do it. Its not easy but it can bo done.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Extensive exercise and healthy eating. The exercise will keep the weight off while the healthy eating will train you to a longer healthier lifestyle and a great new body :)

yes it's called exercise and eating right. Try this but don't expect results right away it takes several months. walk 1hr a day and some other form of excercise for 1hr a day everyday. for about 4 months before weighing yourself again, repeat and weigh yourself every 4 months. good luck.

attempt that low carb weight-alleviation plan , it works. you could relatively carry on with it to get the leads to slightly of time. meaning no bread, sugar(basically splenda or equivalent etc..), no rice, no carbs. you could consume your hen or fish with some vegetables, eggs with beacon interior the morning. some wellness nutrition shops sell low carb treats in case you're a chocolate freak. i be responsive to GNC shops have a low carb area with categories of low carb snacks and different treats. The weight-alleviation plan relatively works. good success
