How do I know when I have to change the stickers on my plates? There is no month on the sticker only the year 2007.

As soon as they give you the sticker you can put it on your tag.

Every time my stickers are due, they send me a tag renewal notice in the mail. When I pay my tag renewal they give me a new sticker.
It is differnet state by state, however, the last state I lived in based it on the Last initial of your first name. You may want to get in touch with your DMV.

Most likely at the end of the year if there's on month, But I would call the dmv.
