Didn't eat yet but baking right now cabbage leaves rolled around filling of cooked brown rice, wild mushrooms, ground buffalo, souteeded onions and beaten egg. they bake with tomato souse on top until they are browhed and filling is cooked through.

A simple salad with that spritzer dressing stuff...Italian. it was pretty good. Then I cut up a nectarine and ate that with some lite cool whip...yummy! But what i really wanted was a really good sandwich...oh well maybe tomorrow :)

I had a juicy cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo, ketchup, and onions. It came with fries and a large dr. pepper! It was scrumptious! It was from a place here in Oakboro, NC called Wayside resturaunt. Yummy! ; )

I'm eating it now....
Grilled fish from last night and grape tomatoes cut in halves and tossed in olive oil, salt, & pepper. Washing it all down with unsweetened iced tea.

Sorry I just hand a handful of peanuts- but my kids had cheese, keibasa sausage and goldfish crackers. I wanted to have chinese food tho.

I had porkchops, potatoes and gravy. a slice of lemon pie and a glass of white milk. later for snack some watermelon. mmmmmmmmmm gggoooooooooooooddd.

I went to this place "pizza by the pound" and they had this thin crust pizza. i got the white pizza without the sauce. it was so good. oh and for dessert they had a pizza crust with chocolate and strawberries on it. best thing ever!
